School says can't stop bullying Video
OKLAHOMA CITY -- A mother is mad because she believes her child is being bullied and the school has failed to find a resolution. Katrina Ballard says it's been going on since Putnam City North High School started this year. She says she has contacted the school day after day. Steve Lindley from the Putnam City School District says bullying isn't the problem.
